Emma Robinson

Emma Colleen Robinson, 93, of the Lone Oak community, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Calvert City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Calvert City, Kentucky.

Mrs. Robinson was born on August 22, 1930 to the late, Charles Holman Burrus and Velma Wallace Burrus in Massac County, Illinois.  She was a member of Reidland Christian Church and a homemaker.

Colleen is survived by her daughter, Sheila Hawkins (Steve) of Calvert City; a son, Randall E. Robinson (Sue Anne) of Lone Oak; five grandchildren, Benjamin Wilson, Christopher Wilson (Jennifer), Stephanie Kraft (Gabe), Karen Goggans (Andrew) and John Robinson (Andrea); two great-grandchildren, Charlie Wilson and Robert Wilson; a sister, Kay Graves (Bill) of Ballard County; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Robinson; a son, Thomas D. Robinson; and a brother.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service hour of 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
